Job Title: Program Manager (possible live-in)

Location: 3806 Fortune Dr, Lafayette, IN (On-site position with provided apartment and utilities)

Job Type: Full-time

Position Overview: We need an energetic, practical, and hardworking Program Manager to lead our program. The Program Manager will live on-site in an apartment provided by the organization and play a crucial role in ensuring the success and well-being of our residents. This position requires a strong commitment to our mission. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to work with the First Crew program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Live on-site at the Launch House and oversee day-to-day program operations.

• Develop and implement program guidelines and rules, ensuring all residents comply.

• Regularly meet with residents to provide guidance, support, and mentorship.

• Manage program budget and resources effectively.

• Act as an advocate for program participants and their needs.

• Represent Lafayette Mentors and the Launch House in the community.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Social Work, Counseling, Non-profit Management, etc.) or equivalent work and life experience.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience working with young adults or others in a similar capacity.

• Dedication to the mission and values of Lafayette Mentors.

• Ability to maintain a secure and supportive environment.
